The evening begins with Arepas & Plantanos, inspired by the flavors of Colombia and Venezuela. This course includes toasted French bread, chimichurri, grilled corn, pico de gallo, farmers cheese, marinated red onions, black bean relish, and roasted peppers.
The menu continues with a Ceviche from Peru, combining shrimp and cod marinated in orange and lime juices with sweet red pepper and jalapeno, garnished with radish, tomato, and cilantro.
For the main course, Chef Barton presents Milanesas from Argentina, featuring pan-fried breaded veal, accompanied by fried waffle-cut potatoes and a salad of tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
The meal concludes with Leche Asada, a traditional Mexican dessert. This rich custard is topped with caramel, sliced strawberries, and Kalua crème, offering a sweet finish to the evening.
