Reservation Policy, Terms, and More Information

• Rates do not include 14.375% bed & state tax and 3% voluntary service charge
• Rates do not include $17.50 (plus tax) Daily Activity Fee
• All rates are subject to a $7 (plus tax) Daily Parking Fee. Exceptions to this will be defined in the rates description
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra-person charges may apply
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance
• Reservations made greater than 18 months are non-guaranteed and subject to change on Rate & Availability
• Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable
• Guests must be 18 years of age to rent a room
• Priority Arrival & Late Check Out are available for $35 (each) and subject to availability and require advance notice
• Pets are allowed at a fee of $35 per night (Due to Health Code, pets are not allowed on the Spa Level)
• The Basin Park Hotel and all outlets are non-smoking
• Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am
• The Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, you will be charged for 1 night room and tax
• The Credit and Debit card used at the time of booking will be pre-authorized for 1 night room and tax 48 hours prior to arrival. If your method of payment declined, your booking is subject to cancellation.

The Basin Park Hotel has a limit of THREE occupants and TWO guests in any Standard guest room at any point and FOUR occupants and up to FOUR guests in  Suites.

The policy further states that accepted guest courtesy provides that no guests will be allowed to loiter in the hallways and that guest room doors will remain closed.  Noise deemed excessive by the hotel after 10:00 PM will provide reason enough for a  request to tone volume to a lower point.

Two such requests may result in eviction from the premises with no refund of charges.

A Daily Activity Fee of $17.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be added to your room account and includes the following services:

• Use of the Spa1905 Sun Deck and Hot Tub
• 2 tickets to the Peculiar Things & Remarkable Springs Tour
• Shuttle service throughout the downtown area
• High-Speed Wireless Internet
• Daily Activities
• Crescent Pool Access

A 3% voluntary service charge will apply to all guest room sales. This service charge is shared in its entirety with traditionally non-tipped employees. This charge is voluntary hence, with service concerns – the charge will be removed without question.

• There is no need to spend hours searching online travel sites for lower rates for our hotels. Our “Low Rate Guarantee” assures you that you are receiving the lowest online rate available through our online reservation service, guaranteed!
• Should a lower online rate appear on any travel service website we will not only match that rate but discount it further by $5.00 per evening of your stay with us.
• Be aware that weekends & special events rates may be higher and your confirmation e-mail will reflect your actual price.
• Your online confirmation will give you an estimated total including all taxes & fees

The Basin Park Hotel collects First-Party Data through the guest registration process and its various online contact forms.  By providing this information you agree to share data and receive correspondence and marketing information from the hotel and its marketing partners.

The Basin Park Hotel recognizes that hotel guests and visitors may legally possess firearms.

This policy is intended to create a safe environment for all who visit The Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs, AR by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on the premises and grounds. Please keep in mind that the safety and security of our hotel guests and patrons is of utmost importance.

The Basin Park Hotel prohibits firearms on hotel property. The Crescent Hotel & Spa prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm on hotel property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun.

The Basin Park Hotel reserves the right to request guests and visitors who fail to abide by this policy to leave the hotel premises. Failure to leave at the request of the Hotel may result in the Eureka Springs Police Department being contacted and may subject you to further legal action for failure to abide by this policy, including trespass.

This policy does not apply to law enforcement officers.
