Join us for a special evening on November 7, 2024, at 7 PM as Chef Steve Barton of the Basin Park Hotel presents a thoughtfully crafted four-course wine dinner. Each dish is paired with a selection of premium drinks, making for an unforgettable dining experience.  Here’s a look at the menu:

First Course:
Potato crostini with a bacon cube, Tillamook Creamery sharp cheddar, and scallion syrup, paired with a refreshing Ginger Highball made with Same Old Moses Bourbon.

Second Course:
The Rainforest Salad, a fresh mix of English cucumber, baby greens, and tomato-basil concasse with balsamic, is perfectly complemented by a crisp Bodegas Care Rosé.

Third Course:
Savor pan-roasted chicken with grapes, garlic, and rosemary, alongside buttery Yukon Golden mashed potatoes. This course is paired with a Grape Bourbon Smash featuring Same Old Moses Double Barrel Bourbon.

Dessert:
Finish on a sweet note with chocolate crème brûlée, macerated strawberries, and a cinnamon cream cloud paired with Same Old Moses Ruby Port-finished Bourbon.
